CONTROL SYSTEMS: Controls for all operating units, including up to 60 mm trimming & end-cutting, corner rounding, automatic transition between thin and thick PVC, standard soft MDF, piece counter, meter measurer, and pricing, are automatically adjusted via a CNC color touchscreen. The system stores up to 100 different jobs. High-frequency motors are controlled by inverters and include an emergency switch. Electronic systems are covered and sealed to protect against dust and other environmental factors.

MAIN FRAME: The HAKI SABIR patented double pallet system with rubber coating grips both narrow and large parts. It is the shortest machine in its class, made of precision-measured monoblock steel, ensuring maximum smoothness, accurate adjustment, and full ground contact.

FRONT GUARD: CNC automatic adjustment front guard material entry guides are controlled via a touchscreen color display.

FEEDER: Designed to load edge bands from large-diameter carrier coils.

FEEDING AND TOP PRESSURE: The quality-enhanced double pallet system with rubber coating consists of polyamide and rubber pallets connected to articulated chains on precision-processed steel bearings. Height adjustment and centering are performed using an automatic lifting system.

FRONT MILLING UNIT (JUMPER): The HAKI SABIR patented system, equipped with servo motors for automatic adjustment, utilizes two top knives with jump capability and simultaneous or separate operation. It ensures the proper processing of incorrectly cut materials like particle board, MDF, and chipboard with 4 X 12.5 kW / 12000 RPM spindle motors (optional dia knife).

GLUE APPLICATION: PUR Glue Unit (polyurethane reactive) can withstand water, moisture, and high temperatures. Hot-melt glue can also be used.

The hot air laser band system (optional) eliminates the need for a glue application unit. Panels will appear as if painted on all four sides without visible glue traces. Results are of excellent quality, exceeding all aesthetic standards. Zero glue traces are achieved with a special polypropylene (PP 0.2 mm thickness) layer. The layer’s melting is accomplished using a compressed hot air system (400-500°C), with a maximum working speed of 15 m/min on 18 mm material. The Moxsabır hot air laser band system is simple, requires no maintenance, and cleaning. It is more resistant to water, moisture, and crusting compared to EVA glue systems. The Moxsabır hot air laser band system can be mounted on any model and brand of machine with a small modification at the world’s most economical prices. Haki Sabir’s patented Moxsabır edge banding machines (EVA or PUR) are capable of using any type of glue.

PULLING & CUTTING: HAKI SABIR’s patented mechanical step PVC drive system can cut edge banding materials up to 3 mm in thickness and 50 mm in height. No adjustment is needed when transitioning from thin to thick materials.

PRESS ROLLERS: HAKI SABIR’s patented pneumatic system consists of three rollers with approach sensors and CNC control. The first pressure gripping is driven and automatically adjusts the pressure settings. It is the only machine that does not apply pressure to excess material on the front and back of the adhesive material.

UPPER PROCESSING HEAD & END CORNER ROUNDER (MAGIC): HAKI SABIR’s patented system, with easy-to-use CNC automatic adjustment via a touchscreen color display, is a head, end, and upper processing system that processes three surfaces of the part with a single blade moving in one direction, mounted on a steel frame that does not damage the part. The blade diameter is 42 mm. The system automatically adjusts for transitions from 0.40 mm to 3 mm for sharp corners, posts, and flat parts. It eliminates adjustment issues due to heating with its connection, a dust and chip vacuuming system, and an external cooling motor operating at 18000 rpm and 300 Hz.

PLANING GROUP: HAKI SABIR’s patented system includes independent upper and lower radius planing units with CNC automatic Z-Y directional adjustment via a touchscreen color display. Automatic adjustment is available for thicknesses ranging from 0.40 mm to 3 mm.

SOLVENT SPRAYING: Sprays liquid used for glue cleaning and band surface polishing.

POLISHING GROUP: Two independent 1500 rpm motors polish and shine the band surface using solvent.

CHANNEL OPENING: Angled jumping entry and exit distances are automatically adjusted via a touchscreen color display with CNC control.

SAFETY SYSTEMS: The machine’s electro-pneumatic components automatically perform lubrication and cleaning during operation. The machine protects itself and prevents damage to its systems in case of phase failure or lack of air. It monitors the feeding interval and reports faults on the touchscreen PLC color display.
