CONTROL SYSTEMS:
Head and end cutting, corner rounding, automatic transition between thin and thick PVC, soft MDF, piece counter, meter measurer, and pricing controls are managed through a CNC color touch screen. It stores 99 different jobs and performs automatic adjustments. High-frequency motors are controlled by converters and include an emergency switch. Electronic systems are covered and sealed to protect against dust and other environmental factors.
MAIN CHASSIS:
Patented manufacturing system by HAKI SABIR. It is the shortest machine in its class, made from precisely measured monoblock steel to ensure maximum smoothness, accurate adjustment, and full contact with the floor.
FRONT PROTECTOR:
CNC Automatic Adjustment via Color Touch Screen.
FEEDER:
Designed to load edge bands from large-diameter carrier spools.
FEED AND TOP PRESSURE:
Improved quality, rubber-coated double pallet system consisting of articulated chains on precisely machined steel beds and polyemit and rubber pallets. Height adjustment and centering are done with an automatic lifting system.
FRONT MILLING UNIT (JUMPING):
HAKI SABIR patented system with two automatic adjusting top knives; provides even processing of materials such as particleboard, MDF, and chipboard with jumping, combined, and separate working features (optional Dia knife).
ADHESIVE APPLICATION:
PUR Adhesive Unit (polyurethane reactive) resistant to water, moisture, and high temperatures. Hot-melt adhesive can also be used. Hot air laser band system (optional) does not use the adhesive, leaving the edges of panels looking painted without adhesive marks. Results are of excellent quality and exceed all aesthetic standards. Zero adhesive marks are achieved with a polypropylene (PP 0.2mm thickness) layer on the edge bands. Uses a compressed hot air system (400-500°C) to melt the layer. Maximum operation speed is 15 m/min on 18 mm material. Moxsabır hot air laser band system is simple and requires no maintenance. Moxa1 hot air laser band system is more resistant to water, moisture, and crusting compared to EVA adhesive systems and can be mounted on any model and brand machine with minor modifications. HAKI SABIR patented Moxa1 edge banding machines (EVA or PUR) are capable of using all types of adhesives.
PULLING & CUTTING:
HAKI SABIR patented mechanical Step PVC Drive pulling and cutting system capable of cutting edge banding materials up to 3 mm thickness and 50 mm height. No adjustment is needed when transitioning from thin to thick material.
PRESSURE ROLLERS:
HAKI SABIR patented, approach-sensor equipped and CNC controlled pneumatic system consisting of three rollers. The first pressure grip is motor-driven and performs automatic pressure adjustments; it is the only machine that does not press on excess material at the front and back.
TOP PROCESSING HEAD & END CORNER ROUNDING (MAGIC):
HAKI SABIR patented, easy-to-use system with CNC automatic adjustment via color touch screen, single-blade, one-way movement, and three-surface processing capability. The blade diameter is 42 mm. Automatically adjusts transitions for vertical corner soft, post, and flat parts from 0.40 mm to 3 mm thickness. It eliminates adjustment issues caused by heating; features a dust and shavings vacuuming system, and 18,000 RPM externally cooled 300 Hz motors.
BOTTOM PROCESSING HEAD & END CORNER ROUNDING (MAGIC):

SCRAPING GROUP:
HAKI SABIR patented, CNC automatic Z-Y direction adjustable and radiused scraping unit, independently adjustable for upper and lower radii. Automatic adjustment is possible from 0.40 mm to 3 mm thickness.
SOLVENT SPRAYING:
Sprays the liquid used for adhesive cleaning and band surface polishing.
POLISHING GROUP:
Polishes the band surface with solvent using two independent 1500 RPM motors.
SAFETY SYSTEMS:
The machine’s electro-pneumatic components automatically lubricate and clean the systems during operation; if phases or air supply fail, the machine protects itself and prevents damage to its systems. It monitors the piece and feed range and reports faults on the touch PLC color screen.
