CONTROL SYSTEMS:
All unit controls, including head and end cutting, corner rounding, automatic transition between thin and thick PVC, normal soft MDF, quantity counter, meter measurer, and pricing, are managed via a PLC color touch screen. High-frequency motors are controlled by inverters and include an emergency switch. The electronic systems are enclosed and sealed to protect them from dust and other environmental factors.

MAIN CHASSIS:
The patented manufacturing and rubber-coated dual pallet system by HAKİ SABIR grips narrow and large pieces. It is the shortest machine in its class, manufactured from precisely measured monoblock steel to ensure maximum smoothness, accurate adjustment, and full contact with the floor.

FEEDER:
Designed to load edge bandings from large-diameter carrier coils.

FEEDING AND TOP PRESSURE:
Enhanced quality rubber-coated dual pallet system composed of polyemit and rubber pallets linked to articulated chains on precisely machined steel beds. Height adjustment and centering are done with an automatic lifting system.

FRONT MILLING UNIT (JUMPING):
The patented system by HAKİ SABIR processes materials like particleboard, MDF, and chipboard with faulty cuts using two top blades; it features jump and simultaneous operation capabilities. (Optional Dia blade)

GLUE APPLICATION:
PUR Glue Unit (polyurethane reactive) resists water, moisture, and high temperatures. It can also use hot-melt glue.

The hot air laser band system (optional) does not use glue. It provides a finish like a single panel with edges painted on all sides, with no visible glue marks. The results are of excellent quality, surpassing all aesthetic standards. Zero glue marks are achieved with a special polypropylene (PP 0.2mm thick) sheet on edge bandings like PVC, Acrylic PP, and ABS. The sheet is melted using a compressed hot air system (400-500°C), with a maximum working speed of 15 m/min on 18 mm material. The Moxsabır hot air laser band system is simple, requiring no maintenance or cleaning. It is more resistant to water, moisture, and chipping compared to EVA glue systems. The Moxsabır hot air laser band system can be mounted on any machine model or brand with a minor modification at the world’s most economical prices. HAKİ SABIR patented Moxsabır edge banding machines (EVA or PUR) have the capability to use any type of glue.

PULLING & CUTTING:
The mechanical step PVC drive pulling and cutting system patented by HAKİ SABIR can cut edge banding materials up to 10 mm thick and 50 mm high. No adjustment is needed when transitioning from thin to thick materials.

PRESS ROLLERS:
Patented by HAKİ SABIR, this system features three rollers with approach sensors and PLC-controlled pneumatic system. The first press grip is driven and automatically adjusts pressure; it is the only machine that does not apply pressure to the excess material on the front and back of the glued piece.

TOP PROCESSING HEAD & END CORNER RADIUS (MAGIC):
Patented by HAKİ SABIR, this easy-to-use system processes three surfaces of a part with a single blade moving in one direction, without damaging the part, on a steel chassis. The blade diameter is 42 mm. It automatically adjusts for transitions from 0.40 mm to 2 mm thickness for sharp, post, and flat corners. The system, which eliminates adjustment issues due to heating, uses a dust and chip vacuuming system with an externally cooled 300 Hz motor running at 18,000 rpm.

SAFETY SYSTEMS:
The machine’s electro-pneumatic components perform automatic lubrication and cleaning during operation; if there is a failure in the phases or air supply, the machine protects itself and prevents damage to its systems. It controls the feeding gap and reports faults on the PLC color touch screen.r.
